I began playing the piano and organ at 9 years old. I never took
lessons. At age 16, I began playing church services for DePeyster Methodist
Church. At age 19, I was hired as organist for the Ogdensburg First United
Methodist Church, playing Sunday services, special worship services, weddings,
and funerals there for 13 years. Recently, I have been acting organist at the
Heuvelton Presbyterian Church.
I am the son of John and Diane Warner of Heuvelton and grew up in a
large family with 6 siblings. I am married to Kiera (Cilley) Warner and we have
an 19 month old son, Kain.
I am excited to be a part of the music ministry at St. John's. I
hope to bring in new ideas and enjoy a mix of both traditional and modern music.
I hope to be able to incorporate music with the Sunday School children.
We live in on a small horse farm in Lisbon where I raise
Clydesdales. I enjoy giving wagon rides year-round. I also enjoy camping and
being a stay-at-home dad to my son
